JSC condemns Facebook decision to permanently block and ban the page of the Iranian English-language "Press TV" channel in the 4th week of March 2021, in a flagrant violation of freedom of Publication, overt and unjustified bias against the media and unjustified discretion in procedures with unclear backgrounds.
JSC stands in solidarity with the Press TV channel and its 4 million followers, calling on "Facebook" to respect the principles of sacred equality in the digital world among users, as is the case in the real world, to preserve the right to access information from its sources.
