With the burdens carried with COVID-19 pandemic worldwide in 2021, JSC calls for the concerted efforts to protect the so-far achieved goals of attaining equality and empowering women.
Worried about the increasing rates of violations against women journalists, JSC demands international, regional, and local organizations to press for the protection of women journalists, online and offline, as our reports record increase in the cases of harassment, assault, imprisonment, and murder of women journalists worldwide.
